Only one account is allowed per company, person or organization. In order to enroll and participate in the Program, you must be over the age of eighteen (18) years, or over the age of majority if you reside and/or conduct business in states, provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years. You may not participate in the Program in any way if you are not of the age of majority in the state, province or country where you reside and/or conduct business.

We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds.

MoneyForHoneys.com will pay you for visitors that enter our website(s) through your MoneyForHoneys.com links. The amount you are paid is 50% of the gross revenue of the sign-up and 50% on recurring charges. Checks are issued weekly by our billing company Epoch.com.

Checks are sent weekly, in full, for the commission you earned over twenty five dollars. If your payouts are under twenty five dollars then your payout will carry over to the next month. No pending transactions, no estimates. We have never had a late payment. NO reserves are deducted whatsoever. All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.

You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local juristiction, to participate in the program.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MoneyForHoneys.com, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "losses"), insofar as such losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (a) any claim or threatened claim that our use of your trademark(s) infringes on the rights of any third party; (b) the breach of any promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by you herein; or (c) or any claim related to your site

All MoneyForHoneys.com program benefits materials, including, without limitation, all advertising banners, photographic materials, recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you by HipHopHoneys.com as part of this program shall remain the property of HipHopHoneys.com and may not be copied or reproduced, altered, modified or changed, broadcast, distributed, transmitted or disseminated, sold or offered for sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world except as expressly authorized by HipHopHoneys.com in writing.
